Â
• Always planning ahead…
• Rarely present in the moment…
• Running on empty while giving everything to everyone else…
Â
Let’s slow it all down.
Â
Through gentle, nature-inspired teaching, I help educators return to calm, joy, and purpose — even in the middle of real, busy days.
This is a slower, more intentional rhythm of teaching and living — rooted in connection, wellbeing, and what truly matters.
• You feel constantly busy… but not always fulfilled in your day
• You want to create a calmer, more connected environment — but aren’t sure where to start
• You’re tired of over-planning and want learning to feel more natural and meaningful
• You love the idea of a cosy, home-from-home space… but your setting doesn’t quite feel like that yet
• You’re drawn to nature-based learning and want to bring more of it into your everyday practice
• You want children to be deeply engaged — not distracted, dysregulated, or disconnected
• You’re noticing behaviour challenges and wondering what’s really behind them
• You want to feel more confident in your approach, not constantly second-guessing yourself
• You care deeply about what you do… but you’re feeling stretched, tired, or overwhelmed
• You want to enjoy your work again — not just get through the day
If you found yourself nodding along to even a few of these… this training was made for you.
Not just theory — a step-by-step journey to help you create a calm, connected, and deeply intentional early years environment.
So you don’t just watch — you reflect, plan, and actually implement real change in your setting.
Join us for a beautiful afternoon at Rudding Park Spa — connect, reflect, and step fully into this way of working.

Take a look at these different case studies to see just what's possible.
Some of the most magical early years environments are the smallest ones—because in small spaces, there’s often more connection, more intimacy, and more attention to detail.

Thet training has been designed to allow you to work through the training even if you're not attached to a school, setting or childminding business. With many case studies available for you to reflect on and develop your own ethos when you're ready to start in setting.
We have many consultants, play workers, supply teachers and trainees working through the course to support their wellbeing and best practice.Â
The training can be done as an individual or school/ setting. When you're ready to submit your reflective task for completion just let us know what name needs to go on the award.Â
The training can be done as quickly as you like. With some members completing the training over 2 months (during lockdown). We understand that we all like to work at different paces. However there is no need to rush and you can take your time with the 2 year study limit.Â
1 hour a week is recommended.
Paying monthly for your training involves spreading the cost of your payment. Therefore full payment will still need to be collected even if you finish early. Or you can pay off the remaining balance as one lump sum. Failure to make full payment will revoke access to the training and will invalidate the completion certificate.Â
At Hygge in the Early Years, we’ve always believed in the power of meaningful change. While our training was previously accredited, we’ve consciously shifted our focus. For those who joined before May 2025, you’ll still receive an accreditation certificate.
But moving forward, we want our training to be more than just another course to tick off. It’s about real-life transformations that enhance your well-being and teaching quality. The true achievement comes not from a certificate, but from the positive changes you experience in your daily practice.
Do this training not for the certificate, but for the desire to change your life.
